Tyler did a fine job explaining the Equinox and finding the car that had all our options. The negotiations went fine. Tyler's computer expertise was especially appreciated as things have certainly changed since our 2017 Traverse and 2015 Silverado purchases. I would strongly recommend the dealership add a follow up phone call to their delivery procedure a week after delivery to check in.
