Very efficient prompt oil change service! Love my Buick Encore! I asked that my front passenger underseat storage drawer be reinstalled (put back under the seat so I can use) this was not done correctly so the drawer moves in and out easily. I love this hidden drawer feature about my Encore. I use it to store sun glasses, eye glasses, my wallet and other items.

A week ahead of the appointment, I mentioned the in addition to the oil change, I'd like them to rotate the tires and investigate what I was starting to get cupping and vibration from the rear left side of the car. The team did the oil change and said they didn't want the left rear to go to the front. And that they have a promotion to buy 3 tires and get the forth for a dollar. But they chose not to try to figure out what the cause was for the vibration. Telling me they would look at it after they put on new tires. I'm a retired guy. On a fixed income. So throwing away tiers that could last me to the end of summer, isn't in my best interest. I took my vehicle to a garage and the associate said he had time to figure out the cause with out selling me 4 tires I don't need yet.

Mitch was very nice. It took almost two hours from the time I arrived at the dealership to pick up my new truck, till the time I left with it. In my opinion, that's about one hour too long. I became frustrated and left before my onstar was set up in the truck. It was onstar's fault. Not Mitch's.
