Although the repairs and service delivered was quality, as it usually is, I was frustrated that neither the service advisor nor the technician(s) anticipated replacing both headlights while removing the front end of the car. Due to this, I will be required to pay again for the labor of removing the front end of the car when the aging-but-still-functional headlight goes out. We could've just spent another $37 on a bulb while the car was already prepped for maintenance (I received no phone call during the repair window). This means I will pay $517.00 total for the replacement of two headlights, which is egregious and embarrassing.

2nd time in to check why my RR TAILLIGHT quit working again after it had been replaced a month prior, a big THANKS to Derek Smith and one of the techs they found a fuse that might have been bad and replaced it and so far it is working fine. AWESOME SERVICE DEPT. Thanks

2 Warranty issues to take care of, 3rd row headrest���s in my 2024 GMC Acadia Elevation was repaired, RR Taillight not working for the 2nd time have to give a BIG THANK YOU TO DEREK SMITH and service tech hopefully solved that issue, and 1st oil, filter, tire rotation done and tech did a GREAT JOB. Thanks, Tech���s, Derek, Jeremy, Ben, and Chuck Awesome service department!!

You were very efficient on the wire repairs. I wish that GM would secure the wiring harnesses better when building these vehicles to prevent as much as humanly possible, rodent damage.
