Although the repairs and service delivered was quality, as it usually is, I was frustrated that neither the service advisor nor the technician(s) anticipated replacing both headlights while removing the front end of the car. Due to this, I will be required to pay again for the labor of removing the front end of the car when the aging-but-still-functional headlight goes out. We could've just spent another $37 on a bulb while the car was already prepped for maintenance (I received no phone call during the repair window). This means I will pay $517.00 total for the replacement of two headlights, which is egregious and embarrassing.
