Confirmed Service Customer
My inspection report included 2 tires as red, address immediately and 2 tires as yellow. I discovered this after paying and leaving. I think I should have been told of the issues. I now have to get the tires checked to find out their status and possible replacement. I specifically paid for an inspection to catch any issues before having a breakdown.

I had my bow-ties changed from gold to black on my 2025 Chevy equinox. When I walked in I was greeted right away from the man behind the counter. They were busy that day, but I only had to wait about an hour. The service department did a great job. I will continue to use this dealership for future service needs.

Well I took it in to get the oil changed and tires rotated. The window washer was empty and I told that to them upon arrival. They said that is automatically done. When I got in the car after they finished it still didn���t work. There was none in it. Needlessly I was not happy especially after I said something to them before they even started.

A very, very pleasant experience! Everyone we dealt with at Kayser was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and processes. We originally came to Kayser to find a replacement vehicle for a Chevy Colorado that had been totaled in an accident. I had a particular vehicle in mind when I first contacted Kayser. When we drove into the lot, my wife saw a vehicle that interested her.. Her vehicle had also been totaled 6 days after mine. We had seen a vehicle in an ad from a dealership in another city, but it was sold before we got there. Our salesperson at Kayser, Amanda Bartelt, answered all our questions and concerns prior to signing contracts. When we came back a few days later to pick up the vehicles, Amanda went over both vehicles showing us all the features and explaining how all the bells and whistles worked. A huge thank you to Amanda for making the whole process enjoyable.

I forgot to ask about the warranty on the new battery that I just had installed while I was there and there was nothing on the paperwork that I received ... I am now needing to either call or email to find out warranty information. I am just used to with like tires - that that info was stapled to the work order.
